Thank you to everyone at Thomas TV for making my purchase and installation of a new TV a good experience. Tyler, Tom and Kate in sales and booking were great at explaining the product and helping me in my selection and coordinating the installation. Jordan and Jake called to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, set up the TV and showed me the features and short cuts I need. I’m enjoying my Sony Bravia while writing this review. I would highly recommend Thomas TV to family and friends.

It was our pleasure to both buy and have our new tv installed by Thomas TV. The salesman was very helpful and informative and the installers were two outstanding young men. There was quite a problem in syncing the fibe remote with the new tv. But after trying many different ways, they were finally successful. It took them a few hours. They could have told us to call Bell, but they persisted and VOILA. Success. I highly recommend Thomas TV to anyone looking to purchase and install a new TV . Thank you Thomas T V.

Been in a few times for sound related issues with my TV and my Record Player, the staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. If the problem isn't solved the first time(in my experience they have all been solved the first time) they recommend the next steps to solving the issues before you leave the store. Thank you guys and keep it up!

On January 25th/21 my old receiver quit on me. I reached out that day to Thomas TV. Why? 1977 I bought my first colour TV from Mr. Thomas Sr. Since then I have bought stereo equipment, TV's a Panasonic radio/CD player as a gift, a turntable, and long play records. Why do I go back? Every member of the Thomas family & I have delt with most, as well as staff have been knowledgeable, helpful & polite & reasonable prices. It is important to me to purchase locally, whatever my purchase. Thomas TV have a great history in our area.
As I stated, January 25th left me without a receiver. On Friday January 29th Mr Thomas handed me a new receiver.
Through the week Tyler Thomas walked my through the changes in the technology. Spoke to me about the new wires for hook up to make the receivers ability perform. All this was done online because of Covid. Try them out. You can't go wrong.

Tyler at Thomas TV is absolutely amazing. At no charge, he walked me through the process of installing Netflix through a conversation on the phone. I was so stressed and Tyler solved everything. My wife and I have dealt with them in the past and we will certainly do so in the future. Talk about personalized service!!!
